Your role in a nutshell: I complete all the Young Adults work at Fresh Futures which includes the Elevate and Employability services that have been created to help 18 – 26 year olds with gaining confidence in both a social and professional aspect.
Why do you like working for Fresh Futures? I enjoy working at Fresh Futures because I have a unique and rewarding role where I get to make a difference and meet lots of people.
What’s one of your favourite work memories? Spending my first day at work out in the garden in the sunshine with the Elevate group digging up weeds and listening to music.
And finally, what advice would you give to people considering working at Fresh Futures: Expect the unexpected… on my first day I was digging up weeds! 😊
