Brian Jackson College is seeking to appoint an experienced, passionate and dedicated Senior Safeguarding Officer to play a key role in promoting the safety, wellbeing and welfare of our students.
As an alternative provision, safeguarding is at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for an individual who shares our values of being trusted, empowering, caring, approachable and inclusive, and who is committed to achieving the very best outcomes for young people.
This position is offered on a fixed term basis for an initial period of six months, commencing on 1st September 2026 and ending on 31 March 2027. It is an exciting opportunity to join a highly committed team and make a significant difference to the lives of vulnerable children and young people.
Hours and Terms
- 39 hours per week
- Term time only
- Fixed term contract for an initial period of 7 months
